Handwarmers Use and Care Instructions:
~To heat: Microwave 30 seconds and check temperature. If they are still too cool, heat an additional 15 seconds and check again. They will stay warm up to an hour if put in jacket pockets.
~To cool: Pop them in the freezer for a few hours and use as ice packs
~DO NOT WASH! Spot clean only.
