Most frequent questions and answers

A Refill Store or Station is a place where you can refill your home essentials.​Reduce single-use plastic waste by reusing and refilling your containers instead of throwing away and buying a new one each time you need a product.

Bring your own containers, we weigh and label your goods and you buy only what you need.​

For first time customer, we recommend to book a visit or find us at local events. We will explain the process, talk about the products and help you get started. You can also order your refills online and get delivered at your doorstep.

Any Kind… but an important part of the refill process is to clean and dry your jars before refilling them. We also recommend filling your container with the same product as before.

No worries, we have bottles, jars and dispensers for sale at the store. Otherwise we lend you reused and returnable containers.

  • Choose to buy “refill by the ounce” or in a jar
  • Add to cart
  • Choose Local Delivery or Local Pick up.

    Delivery:
  • We have a $30 minimum order for delivery. $5 delivery fee (Free for orders over $50).
  • We deliver on Mondays. Our service schedule is setup in group areas to limit our carbon footprint.
  • On delivery day, just leave your empty bottles and instructions at your doorstep for us to refill.


Pick-up:

  • For “refills”, bring your empty jars for us to refill, otherwise, we will lend you regular reused and returnable jars.
  • We will fulfill your order within 48 hours, and we will send you a notification, when your order is ready for pick-up.

  • At the Loft in Issaquah
  • During one of our events

Snoqualmie Valley – Fall City (98024), Carnation (98014), Preston (98050,) North Bend (98045), Snoqualmie (98065,98068) weekly​

Deliveries will be made EVERY MONDAY between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

Orders must be received by 6pm the day before for delivery to be guaranteed.
