They&nbsp;started in 2016 with the goal of &#8220;Eliminating Plastic from Shaving,&#8221; and since then have been immensely satisfied with the overwhelming willingness of all types of people from around the world who have given Zero Waste Shaving a try.<\/p>\n<p>One of the coolest things about this brand is the Albatross Blade Take Back Program in which we will upcycle all brands (not just our own) of used.<\/p>\n<p>They launched our first product made with these upcycled blades: Albatross TAKE BACK WARE. Take Back Ware is a mobile utensil set meant to help curb the nearly 100 million plastic utensils thrown out every single day in the US alone.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to load a blade in a butterfly style razor:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Twist the bottom of the shaver handle to open the wings of the blade holder.<\/li>\n<li>Simply place a blade (be careful &#8211; it&#8217;s sharp!) on the platform and twist the bottom in the opposite direction to tighten the blade holder wings over the blade.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re ready to shave!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to shave:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wet hair with warm water.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Lather shaving cream or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.outoftheboxecostore.com\/product-page\/shave-bar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shaving soap<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;onto skin.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Hold the blade at a 30 degree angle and let the weight of the handle do the work.&nbsp; Do NOT pull the razor across your skin like you would with a plastic disposable razor.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Use short strokes, about 2 inches long, especially when you first switch to using a safety razor.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Finish with after shave ointment or lotion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to take care of your razor:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rinse all the soap\/ hair\/ gunk from your razor after each use.<\/li>\n<li>Shake your razor to dry it.
